If you are having trouble getting email from people (people are telling you the emails they send you bounce back to them) we will need the FULL MESSAGE HEADER/SOURCE and any error messages they receive in order to troubleshoot it.
If you cannot provide us with the information there is nothing we can do. Forwarding the bounce message will not be enough because most email clients cut the headers from the previous email when forwarding.
Forwarding a bounce message just provides the bounce error message which is only sometime useful.
We need you to 'view message source' or 'show all headers' and copy that information into the forwarded bounce email and send it to us- support@connectto.net.
A short example of what message source/header looks like is below.

Return-Path:
This usually happens when some people are using a pop up blocker.
You may need to disable you pop up blocker while using webmail- this includes the pop up blocker in the Propel Options
When this happens using Outlook, Outlook Express or any other email client you need to make note of what message it is getting stuck on. This is NOT and issue with our email server it is an issue with your email client.
There is usually a number on the message.
The best thing to do is to go to webmail and log in.
The webmail is at: http://webmail.connectto.net/
Log in and find the emails that are giving you trouble and delete them.
That should resolve your issue once you log out of webmail and back into your email client.
**For duplicate emails go into webmail, delete the emails in there, empty/purge the trash folder and log out.
Please note that sometimes there is more then one email that will be causing a problem so you may have to repeat this process.

Please make sure you are using only the FIRST part of your username,
nothing after that is used for e-mail log in.
EXAMPLE: janedoe@gct21.net - use ONLY janedoe and your password.
This is also the same when logging into mail such as Outlook and Eudora.
If you are trying to send to 15 or more people at one time the email will not be sent.
We have SPAM filtering that restricts the number of recipients.
It is probably due to the SPAM filtering we have.
First off, double check to be sure they are trying to send to the CORRECT email address.
Then, have them look at the message on the mail that came back to them.
If it has a message that the "user exceeds disk quota" you have too much mail in your mailbox.
Check all of your folders, trash, sentmail, etc.. and clean it out.
If the message reads "your server spammed me" go to the new SPAM info page at:
http://members.connectto.net/spam.htm
and read what to do under the "Blacklist" heading.
And please, take some time to read the entire page.
